Take a closer look.  Where you focus stays still and the remainder moves!  What can this possibly mean?  It means that what we see is not necessarily real.  It means that we make stuff up in our minds, not just ideas and thoughts, but actually what we “think” we see.

We each find a way to understand what we see and so two people, seeing the same thing, can actually disagree about what they saw and both be right!

Strange?  Would it explain a lot of what has been going on in your life?

The visual area of the brain takes in much information and processes it using complex programs to give you a view of the world that you believe to be 100% real.

When you realise that what you see is driven by many factors including what you want to see….. you’ll realise that NLP can be really powerful in goal setting, conflict resolution and a whole host of daily activities!
