Keep this up until you have done it 10-12 times.

Then scroll down the page whilst still chanting and when you get to a question, be sure to answer it very quickly.

STOP?

Did you really mean that?  Did you notice that it even felt wrong and yet you still felt compelled to say it?

Why do so many people answer that question wrongly?

More importantly, how can I predict that many will give the wrong answer to such an easy question?
Interested?  What to know more about how your brain works?

You’ll learn a lot when you start your journey with us.

For those of you that need a simplified answer to the questions above, please read on.

Our brains are very smart.  They are always scanning our environment for clues as to how to respond in any given situation.  It’s part of our survival mechanism that has served us well for thousands of years!  It takes note of the obvious things that we notice but also the literally thousands of things that we don’t, at least not until we focus on them!

In this case I had you chant POTS.  I even showed you a picture of them.  I was priming your mind in a very obvious way.  When I asked you a question your mind took that priming into consideration when answering, it reversed the word POTS and somehow made sense that it was indeed linked to traffic lights and thus you felt the urge to say STOP.

So what does this mean?  It means you can prime yourself for success or failure in life very easily.  What happens if you’re in a bad mood when making a decision versus a good one?  What happens when you are making a decision but thinking about something else?  To what extent do the people you surround yourself with have an impact on you?  Like it or not we are being primed all the time.

Some interesting medical experiments have been done to show that priming can even reverse the effects of 10 years of aging ….. in just a week!

In other experiments the subjects were primed successfully, examples being, to be either friendly or aggressive, honest or cheating, using simple techniques that can be done in minutes without their knowing or even suspecting.

NLP is very powerful, because it’s how your brain works!  NLP does not do the magic, your brain does!  It does it all the time.

Is this something you need to know about?
